Here's where PLUS Lotto offers all of our players the opportunity to take advantage of the various promotional offers and bonuses that we run on a regular basis.
Golotto are pleased to say a big congratulations to 'cameleon' who won a EUR4,000.00 holiday voucher in the Golotto "Dream Vacation" promotion. All qualifying tickets were entered into the draw and the winner 'cameleon' was randomly and selected and duly supervised by our draw Scrutineer on Friday 23rd December 2005.
To qualify for entry in the draw players simply had to purchase a minimum of 2 Golotto tickets for the weekly draw on Friday 4th November 2005 and their chosen Bonus Ball number had to match the drawn Bonus Ball number, which was 40.
All qualifying players were entered into a draw and the winner was 'kaupoi'. The draw was random and duly supervised by our draw Scrutineer.

Drop is an industry term. Looking at our Golotto game as an example, 60% of the ticket price goes to fund prizes. The rest is called 'drop', essentially what the player leaves behind. You'll receive 10% of the drop from your players, through the lifetime of their accounts with us.
* A Draw - The random selection of winning combinations for any particular game.
* Charities - Beneficiaries of money remaining after Prize pay out and costs, as determined by the Charity Allocation Committee of PLUS Lotto. In addition to this distribution, between 10% and 25% of the Stake in most PLUS Lotto games is payable to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies or to its order.
* ILLF - International Lottery in Liechtenstein Foundation, which is authorized and controlled by the Liechtenstein Government.
* Golotto - a weekly branded Lottery owned by ILLF.
* Player - A person who pays to enter a Draw or play a game.
* Parties - PLUS Lotto and a Player.
* Prize - Money won by a Player.
* Prize Pool - Amount available for prizes (50% to 95% of the Stake).
* Stake - The payment made for a Draw or a game by a Player.
* Cleared Account - Account holding authorized or cleared payments and associated transactions. No Withdrawals may be made against this account.
* Winnings Account - Account holding payments in respect of Prizes against which Withdrawals may be made.
* PLUS Lotto Account - A record of transactions incorporating the Funds Awaiting Clearance, Cleared Account and Winnings Account which is maintained for each Player.
* Winner - Player who wins a Prize.
The PLUS Lotto lotteries are authorised and controlled by the government of Liechtenstein, a small sovereign state in the heart of Europe that is a member of the United Nations and of the European Economic Area. All the servers are located in Liechtenstein and the lotteries are sold through the Internet from these servers and at the retail outlets within Liechtenstein.
Our opinion is that you are not breaking any laws while playing at PLUS Lotto.
Ineligible Parties
People under the age of 18 years may not open a PLUS Lotto account, nor may they enter a Draw or play any of the games. Players who win Prizes will be required to show that they were over the age of 18 years at the time that they entered.
PLUS Lotto is unable to accept entries through Swiss or Dutch servers.
Employees, servants, agents and family of PLUS Lotto and all associated companies and representatives, partners and staff of Thöny Treuhand AG, are ineligible to take part. (Note: "family" for the purpose of this clause is defined as "minor children and spouse")
Prize Claims:
PLUS Lotto players are never required to submit any kind of claims fee or cash sum to receive their winnings. In the event that Players are asked for any such fee, particularly if they are unaware of actually entering the game, it is likely they are being targeted by an 'Advance Fee Fraud' hoax and are advised not to make any such payments whatsoever.
The Prize pool for the weekly lotteries is 60% of the value of the Stakes placed. The allocation will be as follows:
* 3% of total Stakes for a 6 number plus Bonus Ball match
* 16% of total Stakes for a 6 number match
* 6% of total Stakes for promotional incentive prizes
* on average 8.8% of total Stakes for a 5 number match plus bonus ball
* on average 1.8% of total Stakes for a 5 number match
* on average 5.3% of total Stakes for a 4 number match
* on average 9.2% of total Stakes for a 3 number match
* on average 9.9% of total Stakes for a 2 number match
The following prizes are insured by a Lloyds of London broker:
6 + Bonus number match minimum is US$15,000,000.00 (paid as an annuity).
The actual prize above this minimum amount is dependent on ticket sales and insurance costs.
Players may opt to receive a lump sum instead of an annuity with regard to the above prize. The lump sum for a 6 + Bonus number match is a minimum of US$7,500,000.00. The actual prize above this minimum amount is dependent on ticket sales and insurance costs. US$170,000.00 will be deducted from the above prize for insurance costs. This sum will not be requested from the player, it will be deducted from the prize given to them.
6 number match US$2,000,000.00 (paid as an annuity)
Players may opt to receive a lump sum instead of an annuity with regard to the above prize. The lump sum for a 6 number match is US$1,000,000.00
In the event of more than one entry winning an insured prize, only the lump sum payment will be made, split equally amongst the winning entries.
Entries into Golotto have a mathematical possibility of winning the 6 number plus Bonus Ball match prize of 1 (one) in 601,304,088. Entries have a mathematical possibility of winning the 6 number match insured prize of 1 (one) in 14,316,764
Limits of Liability
1. The decision of PLUS Lotto will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. International lottery laws vary and it is the responsibility of Players to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country, particularly where tax and age restrictions apply. All Players must be at least 18 years old. PLUS Lotto does not accept responsibility for any third party claims against Players.
3. Players are responsible for Withdrawing or playing off any funds which are held in the Winnings Account. PLUS Lotto does not undertake to make players aware that they have outstanding Winnings to collect.
4. PLUS Lotto's liability in respect of any claim or loss will be limited to the stake paid by the Player.
5. PLUS Lotto has the right to suspend or withdraw any Draw at its absolute discretion.
6. Any entry for a Draw that contains fewer than the required minimum number of numbers will be deemed to be invalid.
7. In the event of more than one Player matching the required winning numbers, the Prize will be shared equally.
8. Personal details of all Players will remain confidential unless Players consent to their details being used for future publicity purposes.
9. PLUS Lotto will not be liable for any loss of whatever nature arising from the cancellation of any Draws, including the loss, for whatever reason, of the chance to participate in a Draw.
10. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, PLUS Lotto will not be liable to any person:
* in the event of force majeure,
* for the failure of, or damage or destruction to PLUS Lotto's central computer system or records, or any part thereof,
* for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission system,
* for any delay resulting in non receipt of any entry for a particular Draw.
11. PLUS Lotto will not be liable for any loss as a result of an act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.
12. The Parties shall not commit nor purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Rules and Regulations.
13. PLUS Lotto does not accept liability for damages which may be caused by the interception or misuse of Player's credit card details on the Internet, unless stated to the contrary on PLUS Lotto's pages.
14. These Rules and Regulations constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties. If there is a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version is correct. |
